Bonus Program
The bonus program is a way to thank you for your purchases in our e-shop. For loyal and regular customers, we offer a bonus system for completed purchases and other activities (registration, mailing subscription). The total amount you spend on the purchase of our products will be automatically converted to a point value in the ratio 0.04 EUR = 1 point / 0.045 USD = 1 point / 1 CZK = 1 point. Points can be collected by all registered and unregistered customers.
How can I get bonus points?
You get bonus points for every purchase made and paid. Once you have collected enough bonus points, you can redeem them as part of your next purchase. In other words, the more you shop, the bigger discounts you can get. Bonus points will be added to you only after payment of the order and not immediately after the purchase. Conversely, after the invoice is canceled or credited (when the goods are returned unclaimed or returned), the points are deducted using the same formula as added. Points are added according to the formula 20 EUR = 1 point / 20 CZK = 1 point / 20 USD = 1 point.
Can I get bonus points in any other way?
Yes you can. We will reward you with 50 points for your registration. You have 20 points from us for subscribing to the newsletter.
How can I redeem bonus points?
Your accumulated points bring you discounts. You can see the status of your points by logging in to your customer account. We will send unregistered customers an email with information about the status of their bonus account + PIN code for their application. In the cart you can see the status of bonus points with the possibility of using them.
Combination with discount coupons
Points cannot be used on one order and a discount coupon can be applied at the same time. If you want to redeem the coupon, you will not be able to discount the order using points and vice versa. The discount coupon used affects the total amount of the order and thus the total number of points earned.
Points overview…
An overview of the number of bonus points earned is always available from the "Login" page and by clicking on "My Account" in the upper right corner of our e-shop. After logging in to your account, you will find out the balance of your bonus points based on your purchases. Please note that the number of your bonus points will only be added after the order has been paid. Each time you redeem your points, they will be deducted immediately from your bonus account.
What if I buy a product without using bonus points and decide to return it? What happens to the points earned?
When you return the purchased product, you also return the earned bonus points. Your point balance will be recalculated back to the original state before this purchase.
And what about the validity of my points?
The validity of your bonus points is limited to 365 days. Therefore, use them in advance and often!

Bonus points are not a currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change or cancel the program parameters at any time. In the event of abuse of the program or fraud, sanctions will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in the program. Bonus points CANNOT be used when exchanging goods!
